What we do

Strategic thinking, built to be delivered.

Accendora works across people, capability and opportunity designing and delivering the programmes, partnerships and quality practice that organisations need in order to move forward.

How to read this

Four areas of work. Most engagements begin in one and draw on the others.

The starting point is rarely tidy. An organisation might come to Accendora with a quality deadline, a workforce gap or an ambition to engage young people and find that the work spans all three. The method stays the same throughout.

The Accendora difference

From intention to implementation

Good ideas need more than enthusiasm. They need structure, ownership and delivery.

Accendora works at the point where strategy meets implementation, helping organisations turn an ambition into a practical programme, partnership or pathway that can be delivered, evaluated and improved.

  1. Discover
  2. Design
  3. Deliver
  4. Develop

Accendora's methodology

The same four stages, whatever the brief.

Discover, Design, Deliver, Develop. Flexible enough to apply across people and future talent, workforce and organisational capability, programmes and partnerships, and quality and accreditation support.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the organisation, its people, ambitions, challenges and opportunities.

What is actually going on, and what is the organisation trying to achieve?

  2. 02

    Design

Turn insight into a practical solution, programme, pathway, framework or partnership.

What is the most workable shape for this, given real constraints?

  3. 03

    Deliver

Move from strategy to implementation, coordinating people, partners and activity to make the work happen.

Who owns what, by when, and how does it get done?

  4. 04

    Develop

Review what is working, strengthen the approach, capture learning and build longer-term capability.

What have we learned, and how does this become durable?

Where would you like to start?

If you know the outcome you are working towards, we can talk about the shape of the work. If you are still defining it, that is a useful conversation too.
